Responsibilities
- Audit Management: Plan and execute audits according to established standards and regulations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all financial and operational aspects.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely submissions.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of audit findings and prepare reports that provide insightful observations and recommendations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of tax and audit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay abreast of the latest changes in tax laws and audit regulations Implement necessary updates to practices and procedures to comply with new requirements.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and consultations on their tax and audit matters. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Government Permits and Licensing: Oversee the processing and management of government-related permits and licenses, ensuring that all organizational operations comply with necessary legal standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Being a certified public accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in tax and audit roles with proven track record in managing comprehensive audits and tax compliance.
- Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of auditing standards , tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants; oversee daily activities to ensure precision in financial data management.
- Financial Reporting: Coordinate and prepare internal financial statements in compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and reports, identifying trends, forecasting performance, and providing actionable insights.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process, ensuring all financial audits are completed on schedule.
- System Improvements: Implement improvements in accounting systems and practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Payroll Oversight: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and tax withholdings. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations, applying them accurately in all financial practices.
- Government Permits and Licensing: Oversee the processing of government-related permits and licenses, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and timely renewal and approval of necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred but not required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven expertise in general accounting, cost accounting, financial accounting, internal audits & control systems, budget planning, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
- Hard Skills: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other financial regulations. Also proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Description:
• Coordinate with the client service team through all phases of the engagement including planning, fieldwork, communications with the client, and wrap-up through report issuance.
• Workpaper and financial statement preparation for reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and audits
• Reconcile client records to trial balance, which may include analytical procedures, and performs schedule computations of prepaid, accruals, property, equipment, and calculates depreciation expense. • Complete testing on Internal Controls, Single Audit and other various funds.
• Confirm cash, legal, insurance, revenue, etc. accounts.
• Use the firm’s software programs to automate the process from trial balance and financial statements.
